Director/screenwriter Gerald McMorrow makes his feature debut with this ambitious psychological sci-fi drama set between contemporary London and the dystopic Meanwhile City, where the separation between church and state has been obliterated to make way for a religion-dominated society.
Gerald McMorrow's debut feature film arrived back in 2008 with little fanfare and went fairly unnoticed by critics and viewers alike. That was a shame, because much like certain other films that have gained cult status over the years, this deserved to be recognised as an imaginative, psychologically challenging mindbender with a lot to offer.
