  2. 19 de sept. de 2022 · Biography. Jed Handelsman Shugerman joined BU Law in 2023 after spending a year as a visiting professor. He received his BA, JD, and PhD (History) from Yale. His book, The People’s Courts (Harvard 2012), traces the rise of judicial elections, judicial review, and the influence of money and parties in American courts.

  4. Biography. Madeline (Maddie) Meth joined Boston University School of Law’s faculty in 2023 as a Clinical Associate Professor with the Civil Litigation & Justice Program. She was previously the Deputy Director of Georgetown Law’s Appellate Courts Immersion Clinic (ACIC) where she supervised students working on public-interest cases in federal and state courts of appeals and the Supreme Court.
