He moved back home to Richmond, VA, in 1990, and in 1993, he briefly rejoined Clinton's P-Funk All-Stars for a tour. Brailey next formed a new version of Mutiny and issued the comeback album Aftershock 2005 in 1995 (the U.S. release was on Rykodisc). In 1999, Brailey finally released the Black Hat Daddy album on his own Rome Dog label. ~ Steve Huey

Though a controversial record in terms of Mutiny’s heated relationship with George Clinton and the P-Funk empire, one cannot deny that this record is overflowing with funky grooves.
