Nickolas Ashford (født 4. mai 1941 i Fairfield, Sør-Carolina, død 22. august 2011 i New York) var en amerikansk låtskriver, vokalist og plateartist. Han giftet seg med Valerie Simpson i 1963 og de samarbeidet ofte sammen på flere plater. Paret startet sin musikalske karriere på midten av 1960-tallet og skrev for artister som The 5th Dimension, Aretha Franklin og Ray Charles.
