12 de ene. de 2008 · Here is Big Brother and the Holding Company WITH Janis Joplin, not yet famous, playing more for the joy than the Benjamins. The studio was used to recording jazz musicians and kept asking the band to turn down their sound, which is humorous now but then it caused the group to produce a record with a very clean sound.
Following the success of Janis Joplin, this was reissued (stereo) with her as a featuring artist and two additional tracks, A6 & B6. These two tracks do not appear on the sleeve credits, which are as the original recording, but do appear on the labels.
