Paul Indrek Kostab is an American artist, musician, music producer and sound engineer. He was born in Whittier, California. He is Mark Kostabi's brother, the artist. Kostabi was one of the founding members of the band Youth Gone Mad, White Zombie and Psychotica.

He studied drawing and painting at California State University, Fullerton. In 1982, he moved to New York, where he also frequented Andy Warhol’s Factory, emerging in 1984 as a leading figure in the East Village art scene.
