This is an appeal by Leon Riley (“the appellant”) against his convictions of serious indecency and rape and the sentences imposed of 5 years and 15 years, respectively, which run concurrently. The prosecution's case was that in April 2016, a 15-year-old schoolgirl (“the VC”) visited an internet café partly owned by the appellant, to print a school-based assignment.
