  4. I'm in the minority on this one, but I prefer Eric Andersen's early coffeehouse sound. His signature song has always been "Thirsty Boots". Look up most early various artists folk collections and you'll find the classic "Violets Of Dawn". The rest of these songs are also enjoyable with Eric singing solidly with a full band.

Yes, the songs are good, but they are "overproduced". If you are looking to get introduced to Eric or looking to catch up on his music, then I would recommend 'Bout Changes and Things.

The second album from Rick Danko, singer/songwriter Eric Andersen and Norwegian roots artist Jonas Fjeld contains less rock'n'roll and more folk/traditional music than their first CD Danko/Fjeld/Andersen.
