21 de feb. de 2022 · Mix a 20 ounce can (do not drain) if crushed pineapple with 1/2 cup of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, and cook until thickened. This should only take 2 or 3 minutes. Let the pineapple sauce cool before using as an ice cream topping for your banana splits!
Step 2. Put the scoops of ice cream between the banana slices in a row. Step 3. Place the diced pineapple on the vanilla ice cream. Drizzle the chocolate syrup over the chocolate ice cream. Place the sliced strawberries on top of the strawberry ice cream. Step 4.

Place the split banana in the serving dish. Nestle the ice cream scoops in between the slices of banana. Pour over the chocolate syrup and then sprinkle with the crushed nuts.
