21 de may. de 2024 · there are much more requirements for a own kingdom and not only fiefs. you must hit them all like clan lvl 4+. make a checklist. for example you must be a "free clan"... leave your kingdom/faction. I meet all the requirements of the task, and speak to NPC, the selection is gray, and popup Y should be ruling a kingdom of the imperial culture.
