The group of PA bacteria including 139 Actinobacteria, 271 Alphaproteobacteria, 49 Bacilli, 55 Betaproteobacteria, 1 Unknown, 1 Cytophagia, 13 Flavobacteria, 49 Gammaproteobacteria and 4 Sphingobacteria.
