The Doors began with a chance meeting between acquaintances Jim Morrison and Ray Manzarek on Venice Beach in July 1965. They recognized each other as they had both attended the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television.

This car became Morrison's most special and famous possession, known for its dark blue color and nickname, the “Blue Lady.”Despite its iconic status, it mysteriously disappeared.
