Logan and Lila Mae Huggins Logan. He graduated from Camden High School, and on April 9, 1970, he enlisted in the United States Army.

The Grayson County native was born on April 15, 1959 to the late Doris and Charles Edward Richards, Sr. She was married to her devoted husband and help mate of forty years, Mike Ramsey, who survives.
