The main files that get updated on each POPStarter builds are POPSTARTER.ELF (the standard launcher ELF) and POPSTARTER.KELF (the launcher as KryptoELF for HDDOSD/PSX-XMB users). PFS_WRAP.BIN (Delcro's PFS wrapper, the USB mode "plugin") hasn't been updated since WIP 02, because it's perfectly fine and needs no changes as for the current POPStarter features.

The SB. prefix just lets POPStarter know to load from SMB. The name needs to be identical since POPStarter loads a .VCD with the same name in the POPS folder on your Shared folder (PS2SMB/POPS). Keep renaming POPStarter.ELF for every .VCD you have in the folder. Here's a picture I borrowed from someone else.
