Quillarumiyoc (Killarumiyoc, Killarumiyuq) fue un sitio de adoración a la Luna, esta fue una de las deidades más importantes para los incas, era conocida como “mama quilla”, madre del firmamento y representación del lado femenino del universo, influía sobre las mareas, en el crecimiento de las plantas, la fertilización, entre otros.
