You can think of "off" as part of the verb phrase "switch off," in which case the two words should be kept together - but you can also think of "off" as the state to which the TV should be switched. In that case there is no reason to keep the two words together.
I just had my panel replaced and asked the tech if it's "dangerous" to run the 1 hour pixel refresher when you turn off you TV. He said you can run in as much as you want. So I do this maybe once a week now - Set it to do a full pixel refresh when I turn off the TV (B7). Don't know about newer modells. Greetings from Sweden :)

18 de ago. de 2022 · Right, back side of the Samsung TV. On some Samsung TVs, the power button is placed on the right, back side of the TV. If you are not able to locate the power button on the front side of the frame then you should look at the back of the TV. To search for it you should move the Samsung TV away from the wall and turn it around as much as possible.

Reasons to leave the TV on or turn it off include software updates, scheduled recordings, white noise, radio listening, and energy reduction.
