Unlike Micheal Clarke Duncan who fit the physical qualities of Kingpin much better than Vincent D'Onofrio. Some of the writing could be at fault as well. His relationship with Vanessa was quick to love and not believable. He comes off too soft at times, unlike any other kingpin adaptation I've ever seen. Just my 2 cents.

Production for Disney+'s Daredevil reboot has given fans more insight into this portrayal of Wilson Fisk. Set photos revealed that the show will explore Kingpin's origin story and the character running for mayor of New York.
Vincent D'Onofrio: Absolutely chews the scenery. He would out-act Meryl Streep. His Kingpin absolutely rules, and the fact they bothered to give him an acceptable character arc just gives Vincent more material to work with.
