Sophie Dahl (født Sophie Holloway; 15. september 1977) er en britisk forfatter og tidligere modell. Hun ble født i London som datter av skuespilleren Julian Holloway og forfatteren Tessa Dahl. Hennes besteforeldre på morssiden er forfatteren Roald Dahl og skuespilleren Patricia Neal.
Sophie Burcu Dal wurde in West-Berlin geboren, wo sie auch aufwuchs. Mit acht Jahren hatte sie ihren ersten Auftritt im Fernsehen in der ZDF -Kinderserie Siebenstein, ein Jahr später wirkte sie in der Serie Löwenzahn mit.
