Georges Habache (ou Habash) ( جورج حبش ), de son nom de guerre Al-Hakim الحكيم, né le 2 août 1926 dans la ville de Lydda (actuelle Lod) et mort le 26 janvier 2008 à Amman ( Jordanie) 1, est un nationaliste palestinien, fondateur et ancien secrétaire général du Front populaire de libération de la Palestine (FPLP).
George Habash was born 1925 in Lydda and left during the 1948 war. He is Greek-Orthodox. In the early 1950s, he was a member of the Organization, 'Oppose to Political Settlement with Israel.'. He associated with the Pan-Arabist movement of Gamal Nasser and called for fighting the national struggle for Palestine in a united Arab struggle.

His father was Nicholas Habash, a well-known businessman; his mother’s name was Tuhfa. He had six siblings: Rizq, Phoutine, Elaine, Angele, Najah, and Salwa.
