Préparation du Mint Julep. 1. Mélangez les ingrédients. Dans un short drink, versez le sirop de canne Canadou et le trait de bitter puis déposez les feuilles de menthe fraîche. Écrasez délicatement les feuilles de menthe fraîche (sans les déchirer) dans le sucre à l’aide d’un pilon. Remplissez le verre avec de la glace pilée.
Comment faire. 👉 direct au verre / 🥃 à julep / 🍸 short drink (7cl) / ⏱️ 4 mn. Directement dans un verre, piler la menthe dans le sirop de sucre. Verser le bourbon puis remplir le verre de glace pilée. Remuer délicatement à l'aide d'une cuillère à mélange. Décorer avec un brin de menthe.

3 de nov. de 2020 · Steps. In a Julep cup or rocks glass, lightly muddle the mint leaves in the simple syrup. Add the bourbon then pack the glass tightly with crushed ice. Stir until the cup is frosted on the outside. Top with more crushed ice to form an ice dome, and garnish with a mint sprig and a few drops of bitters (optional).

Although set in a small town in the US south, Mint Julep feels surprisingly like a "foreign" film -- an honest look at the ambiguities and nuances of marriage and romance, filled with subtle and not-so-subtle humor and the occasional foray into the surreal.
