The English filmmaker directed every Harry Potter movie from 2007's Order of the Phoenix through Deathly Hallows: Part 2, as well as the first three films in the Fantastic Beasts series. (In all that time, Yates only briefly stepped outside the franchise to helm 2016's The Legend of Tarzan.)
