Neben seinen Film- und Fernsehrollen war Koslo 1974 einer der Gründer des The MET Theatre in Hollywood und war lange einer der Direktoren. Er war seit 1997 mit seiner Schauspielkollegin Allaire Paterson-Koslo verheiratet, das Paar hatte eine Tochter. Am 9. Januar 2019 starb er 74-jährig in Lake Hughes an einer Krebserkrankung. [2]
