John Forsythe, född John Lincoln Freund den 29 januari 1918 i Penns Grove, Salem County, New Jersey, död 1 april 2010 i Santa Ynez, Santa Barbara County, Kalifornien, var en amerikansk skådespelare. Forsythe ble født under navnet John (eller Jacob) Lincoln Freund. Han var den eldste av tre søsken, ble født i New Jersey, men vokste opp i Brooklyn i New York hvor hans far arbeidet som børsmegler. Besteforeldrene var jødiske immigranter fra Russland og Polen. Som 18-åring fikk han jobb ved Ebbets Field, et baseballstadion i New York.
Death. Forsythe died on April 1, 2010 from complications of pneumonia in Santa Ynez, California. [1] He was 92 years old. His widow Nicole Carter died 40 days later. He is buried at Oak Hill Cemetery in Santa Barbara, California. He is survived by his son, his two daughters, six grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
