Released in 1979, ABBA's sixth studio album, Voulez-Vous, rose to the top of the charts with a solid line-up of songs. Subsequently, there’s much to appreciate with Voulez-Vous but it is the additional tracks, available via the digital versions, that ensure the album is greater than the sum of its parts.
Voulez-Vous je šesté studiové album švédské hudební skupiny ABBA, vydané 23. dubna 1979 ve Švédsku, první nahrané přímo ve stockholmských studiích Polar Music a jediné v historii kapely, které zahrnuje studiový doprovod částečně natočený mimo švédské území. Voulez-Vous has a certain over-ripeness to it, a sense that fresher ideas would be needed for the next project. But for those with an appetite for ABBA’s irresistible hooks and scintillating harmonies, this album is more than satisfying.
