I chanced the $3 to buy it, even though it is missing Bridge Over Troubled Water (CD3). I do not have my US Collected Works handy but my initial read is this sounds pretty good, albeit 'drier' than my US set.

  6. 2 de sept. de 2015 · Simon and Garfunkel delivered in March of 1968 a cohesive work in which two youngsters dealt with life-phrases, aging and death. I remember thinking at the time what Simon and Garfunkel will think of these songs when they are close to the age of some of the old people interviewed. And here we are! Well, close anyway.

  7. 27 de sept. de 2005 · This was the original release in 1990 with the pale green-ish cover artwork consisting basically of the words Simon & Garfunkel Collected Works that looked sort of like the "Family Feud" logo. I remember reading back then (in Rolling Stone, I believe) that the original master tapes for all the albums had been lost, and fuzzy multi-generation dubs were used for the CD's.
