28 de nov. de 2000 · Sharpe's Gold is a fine example of how a modern historical novel should be done. I stumbled upon the 1981 book at a library sale and read it on the whim even though it is in the middle of the Sharpe novel series by Bernard Cornwell. I really liked it and definitely recommend it. I can't say one thing bad about the Sharpe's Gold novel.
