While our achievements in academics, sports, arts and culture are external indications of a fine school, it is not what the essence of our College is all about. In fact, St. John’s has been test optional for over 40 years. The heart of the St. John’s application is also the heart of the college: great books and great discussion. As a result, the Admissions Committee will get to know you through admission essays and interviews. There is no application fee at St. John’s.
St John’s has a current enrolment of 800 students in Years 7 to Year 12 and is staffed by professional, experienced and dedicated teachers. St John's has been established for thirty seven years on its present site, seventy five years as a Catholic secondary school in Nambour, and has a fine tradition of scholastic, cultural, sporting and extra- curricular success.
