Sixth Form Entry (16+) Sixth Form Admissions. Every year we welcome a significant cohort of new students to our Sixth Form, many of whom join from other schools in the UK and others who come from overseas, attracted by the choice offered at Ardingly of a broad range of A-Level subjects or the opportunity to study for the IB Diploma.

Ardingly College achieves consistently excellent academic results. In 2023, its GCSE results yielded 68% 9-7 grades, its A-Levels 59% A grades and an IB average of 36 points. Ardingly is consistently in the Top 10 UK IB schools. The school is selective, so good grades are key for application. German, Spanish, French and Latin are on offer.
House Life. On arrival, every student is assigned to a house. The house is their base, a safe and happy environment in which to develop, learn and experience new opportunities. Encouraging independence, self-reliance and co-operation is an important part of what we do, but house life is also about having fun and making friends for life.
