Ol' Dirty Bastard. [2] 예명 뜻 때문인지 [3] 공식 석상에서는 줄여서 ODB로 많이 불렸다. 그냥 Dirty라고 불리기도 했다. 1998년 기존 예명이 싫어서 Big Baby Jesus로 바꾸기도 했지만 신성모독이라는 반발을 많이 들어서 제대로 쓰이지는 못했다.
