Ger Fennelly (born 22 January 1954) is an Irish retired hurler who played as a centre-forward and as a midfielder for the Kilkenny senior team. Born in Piltown , County Kilkenny , Fennelly first arrived on the inter-county scene at the age of seventeen when he first linked up with the Kilkenny minor team before later joining the under-21 side.
Gere plays extraordinary versions of everything from David Bowie, XTC, Thelonius Monk, to Beethoven & beyond, including a few of her own moody, haunting compositions. Produced by Gere Fennelly, this album was recorded & mastered by Scott Frazier, of the avant-garde modern violin group The Kronos Quartet.
