Chris Vrenna (b. February 23, 1967 in Erie, Pennsylvania) is an American musician, producer and remixer. Mostly known for being drummer for Nine Inch Nails from 1989 until 1997 and subsequently working solo on his project Tweaker. Chris Vrenna played the drums on Marilyn Manson's "Against All Gods" tour in 2005.
But the pressures of being in a band that was really just a 1-man show with a bunch of hired guns was too much, and Vrenna decided to quit NIN again in 1997. This time for good. Honored to present to Chris Vrenna a Senate Resolution for being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame recently as a member of the band, Nine Inch Nails.
