20 de jun. de 2008 · This is a decent effort from The Incredible String Band, but not something that is necessary for a collection. The album certainly has it's moments; for instance, the opening instrumental track 'El Wood Suite', though repetitive, features a fantastic combo of sitar and flute, with each getting their own melody before coming together in the last section.
11 de feb. de 2007 · `U' by The Incredible String Band' is, unlike all their other albums, the music for a revue to be performed on a live stage. When it was released thirty-five years ago, it was just two years after the release of The Who's `Tommy', I can recall looking forward to another major effort by a pop group to create an important theatrical work.
