Nextdoorland is the work of the reunited Soft Boys: it's underrated as overrated were the first three albums (especially the third); here we have some psych-pop quirkiness rendered great by the guitar intreccios between Kimberley Rew and Robyn Hitchcock (Sudden Town, the instrumental I Love Lucy), and a splendid ballad as well (My Mind is Connected to Your Dreams bz bz bz bz bz ha ha).
