Although L7 have been around for more than a decade and built up a considerable fanbase by constant touring, they have taken this long to release a live album, for reasons best known to themselves. This album, as the title suggests, contains recordings from 2 L7 concerts, one in Omaha, USA (tracks 2 to 11) and one in Osaka, Japan (tracks 12 - 16).
