16 de mar. de 2017 · The Doors was an American rock band which formed in Los Angeles, California, United States in 1965. The band consisted of Jim Morrison (vocals), Ray Manzarek (organ), Robby Krieger (guitar) and John Densmore (drums). In this configuration, the band released six albums, all of which were successful and released two US #1 hit singles - 1967's "Light My Fire" and 1968's "Hello, I Love You".
Descrizione. Nel luglio 1969 l'Elektra registrò l'esibizione dei Doors per due serate all'Aquarius Theatre con l'intenzione di pubblicare un album live della band. I concerti si svolsero il 21 luglio 1969, il primo nel pomeriggio e l'altro la sera; il secondo venne pubblicato in quest'album. [1]

This three LP Record Store Day version of this Doors' live album features the Doors' first night of a two night stand at the Aquarius Theatre on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, California.
