Marian Hill is an American songwriting duo from Philadelphia consisting of production artist Jeremy Lloyd and vocalist Samantha Gongol. Their name comes from two characters, Marian Paroo and Harold Hill, from the musical The Music Man. Lloyd releases solo music under the name Clear Eyes. Samantha Gongol is an American singer and songwriter. She is best known as one half of music duo Marian Hill with Jeremy Lloyd. In 2016, the duo released their debut studio album, Act One. This album included their single Down, which achieved remarkable success, reaching #16 position on the US music charts.
