Bless Its Pointed Little Head is a live album by Jefferson Airplane recorded at both the Fillmore East and West in the fall of 1968 and released in 1969. Five songs on the album had not appeared on any of the band's previous studio recordings.
In this morass, Jefferson Airplane's contribution, the immense Bless Its Pointed Little Head, seems to have gone oddly un-heralded, despite being one of the very best of the period. Jefferson Airplane were -and remain- legends of the hippy counter-culture that sprung up in the mid-sixties in San Francisco.

Originally released as LSP-4133, Bless Its Pointed Little Head debuted 3/1/69 on the Billboard Top LPs chart and peaked at #17 in a 20-week chart run. Tracks 1, 4, 9 and 10 recorded November 28-30, 1968 at Fillmore East, New York. Tracks 2, 3 and 5 to 8 Recorded October 24-26, 1968 at Fillmore West, San Francisco.
