Neil James Innes (født 9. desember 1944 i Danbury i Essex i England, død 29. desember 2019 [8] [9]) var en britisk musiker, komponist og tekstforfatter innenfor genrene komikk, swingjazz, music hall og rock. Han var kjent for sitt samarbeid med Monty Python og for å være medlem av Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band og senere The Rutles .
