This moderate hike starts at the Bear Lake Trailhead and follows Tyndall Creek via the Emerald Lake Trail all the way up to Emerald Lake. Distance: 3.2 miles.
15 de may. de 2024 · In 2023, in order to visit the Bear Lake Corridor (the most popular area of Rocky Mountain) from May 26th to October 22nd, reservations are required between the hours of 5 a.m. and 6 p.m. For the rest of the Park, you need a reservation between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. These two options are explained in detail on Rocky Mountain’s website.

In spring, the weather is generally mild, and the mountains are beautifully adorned with blooming wildflowers. The snow from winter has usually melted at lower altitudes, making the trails more accessible.
