Uniquely, however, it is considered to be the first commercial pop release to include a guitar tuned to a Trivial Tuning. In brief, Trivial Tuning is when all the strings on a stringed instrument are tuned to the same note.
5 de jun. de 2024 · Here’s one of the entries in his uneven catalog: Lou Reed ‘s final solo studio album is a departure from everything else he’s done. By now, this shouldn’t surprise anyone. This 2007 album is made up primarily of two album-side length instrumental ambient pieces, intended for meditation or Tai chi. I can’t possibly rate this album.

I can't stand it; Heeft een lekkere drive, jammer dat de bas daarin wat achterblijft in geluid, omdat die m.n juist daarvoor zorg draagt. Going down; Met dat typische sleezy stoned like zang, dat wat in contrast staat t.o.v de melodie en sound, but hey that's Lou.

Hace 6 días · (Lou Reed Papers) In the LPA exhibit focusing on Lou Reed's entire life and career, "Lou Reed: Caught Between The Twisted Stars", visitors first sight of Reed is a recitation of "Romeo Had Juliette", off his 1989 album New York, for A&E Revue in 1991.. Not simply the source of the exhibit title, it serves to highlight Reed's own opinions on his poetry and the versatility of his lyrics.
