Had been hanging around at 2-3cm dilated and 80% effaced for a week or two. Went for a short walk afterwards and had cramping. Up to this point, I hadn’t felt a single contraction or other sign of early labor.

To get your baby used to an appropriate bedtime of 7:30-9:30 pm, allow for a 2 hour wake window before her new bedtime. So wake your baby from her last nap by 5.30-6:30 pm. It will take several days to work toward this.
