30 de ago. de 2022 · Either way, (877) 289-6418 is the best number available to reach a real person. There is no way, at least here my part of the USA, to contact a local UPS office directly. I was told by 2 customer service reps on different calls that the local offices are set up only to make outgoing calls. There are no numbers available for us to call them ...
19 de dic. de 2018 · UPS recycles their numbers, so after 120 days it might be to late. like maybe that info exists somewhere, but what's in it for them to take the time to find it for you. Its not a regular thing. Interesting. Doesn't seem like the recycled mine, well not just yet at least. The info is definitely somewhere back end.

My package had a departure scan out of San Diego for 6 days now. There has been no update on tracking since the 8th. My package is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I live in New York.
26 de ago. de 2021 · It's not a physical measurement done by UPS, it's just whatever they say. A lot of times I'll pick up a package that doesn't show its correct weight. Though oddly enough most of the time it's a package that says 20-30 pounds but only weighs like 5. I would not doubt that the opposite happens.
22 de nov. de 2013 · UPS accepts shipments for collect and third-party billing as long as the receiver or third party has a valid UPS account number and has agreed to accept the charges. Unless otherwise specified at the time of shipping, shipping charges are billed to the shipper.
16 de oct. de 2022 · Ups can't find my package details. On the 7th, so over a week ago, I order an item from Amazon. It is supposed to be delivered by ups and was to arrive on the 13th. By the 11th/12th it said it had shipped but the 13th came and went, and it hadn't showed up. My Amazon order page says the package is running late and "should" be here by the 18th.
6 de jun. de 2021 · I returned my rented graduation regalia to the cap and gown company using the pre-paid shipping label that was included with the regalia. The UPS tracking number starts with a K followed by 10 digits (“KXXXXXXXXXX”). It’s been stuck in Raleigh, NC for ten days now. I believe the final destination is supposed to be somewhere in South Carolina.
10 de ago. de 2020 · Your package is on a trailer going from the shipping area to your delivery area. There’s no tracking updates currently between where if shipped and the destination region. Don’t worry, it’s gonna arrive. Mine was stuck for 6 days. It’s just in transit. Everything is slow with what’s going on.
