The Mane Six are the main characters of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. The group is comprised of Twilight Sparkle (the leader), Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Fluttershy, and Pinkie Pie. Besides the Mane Six, Spike is also their good friend, being Twilight's assistant and one of her closest childhood friends.
The Equestria Girls, also known as the Humane Seven, are the titular main protagonists of the My Little Pony spin-off franchise of the same name. They are the humanized version of the Mane Six, including Sunset Shimmer and Sci-Twi.
