The Refreshless extension says, "Automatically refresh a web page periodically". Both of these appear to do the reloading either on some set time period or at my request. I want Edge to do this automatically.

If I drag a file to the desktop it won't appear on the desktop until I manually refresh the desktop. Also if I delete a file on the desktop it won't disappear until I manually refresh the desktop.
