Griffith is a fast fragile demon. If his fast team can't kill enemies and get attacked then that counter is next to useless. Teal's repel phys might come in handy situationally but for now the meta is all about magic. What suits him best as a fast demon is actually whatever offer more to his attacking output.

Skills that boost Almighty, Crit rate and Crit damage would suit him well. The problem is that Griffith will never be a super powerful unit. His Damage is sub par but he does have a lot of tech on his skills. Other options would be to boost his ailment immunity with more skills/panels and he can make a good cleanser.
