    我的解决了，我用是的华硕B365M-A的主板，用了3根16的内存，2根内存一点问题没有，插上第3根就出现the system has posted in safe mode，我进入BIOS 后把dram odd倍频模式给关闭了，然后内存频率调整成内存条的频率，就恢复正常了！
