Newly empowered with the Norn Stones, the Hood set out once again to become the Kingpin of crime, joining the race for the title disputed by Black Cat and Willis Stryker. As part of his first move, the Hood used the Norn Stones to resurrect Black Cat's second-in-command Hammerhead, who had been killed by Diamondback.

The Hood (Parker Robbins) is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by writer Brian K. Vaughan, and artists Kyle Hotz and Eric Powell, the character was introduced in his own self-titled limited series, which started with Hood #1 (July 2002).
