The Aleksander serves as a calldown for Alexei Stukov in Co-op Missions, unlocked at level 10 and appearing as an infested battlecruiser. It shoots infested terran eggs bombs as its anti-ground attack which immediately hatch, and will attack air units with tentacles that do damage over time.
Tried with all 3 races, got <1% winrate against mass battlecruiser. - As zerg I've tried: Mutas, corruptors, infestors (neural parasite), hydra's, tons of queens, ravagers. 150 supply army just vanishes to a couple of BC. Their health simply doesn't even drop slightly.
So a battlecruiser is made up of hundreds if not thousands of crew members. I'm assuming that the infestor would send the neural parasite to the captain's brain, and the captain would then order the gunner/driver/engineer to target his allies.

Can battlecruisers be infested? Don't yell at me please! I bought SC2 but never got into it ;(
The DSS Aleksander was a battlecruiser and the flagship of the UED Expeditionary Force during their invasion of the Koprulu sector.[1][2] It was commanded by Admiral Gerard DuGalle; other crew included Malmsteen.
