Rafiki assisted Simba in the ensuing battle against Scar and his hyenas, from which the Pride Landers emerged victorious. During Simba's reign, Rafiki took on an apprentice, Makini. Later, Mufasa's spirit instructed Rafiki to unite Simba's daughter, Kiara, with Scar's protégé, Kovu.
Rafiki es un personaje de la película The Lion King. Es un babuino que vive en un árbol de baobab, es viejo y sabio y se comporta como un chamán. Rafiki suministra consejos importantes a Simba cuando intenta determinar su destino. Su nombre significa "amigo" en Swahili.
Rafiki learns of Simba's fate (much like in the film) and celebrates it. Rafiki is last seen, during the first visit, inducting Simba into the throne. Rafiki returns during the second visit where an army of Scar's ghost begins haunting the Pride Lands.
Simba's presentation was the ceremony in which Simba was anointed as Mufasa's heir to the throne of Pride Rock and formally presented to the animals of the Pride Lands. Simba was born to Mufasa and his mate, Sarabi.
