The M14 is a powerful weapon, unlocked early on, sporting a 3SK up close, until past over ~140 studs, and is a maximum of 4SK. It also sports a slightly elevated headshot multiplier of 1.5x, allowing it to eliminate any target with three headshots minimum and two headshots close up.

Kousaku, Compensator, Folding Grip, Blue Laser. Ammo types on M14 aren't that great. Further, muzzle brake doesn't really work on M14, so don't use that. You could also swap out Folding with Stubby, but it's preference.
And for 6.5mm ammo M14 Any low mag sight, t brake, stubby, tri laser and 6.5mm (If u have them or enough credits to get em) You can try any possible low recoil setup since M14’s recoil when using mid fight a bit awful
